I decided yesterday was going to be the day that I finally cleaned up the computer room, and tried to fix what wasn't working. Step one was to get rid of some extra stuff I wasn't going to use anymore.
I never got past step one.
Cleaned out a good quarter of my computer closet, then went into the garage and continued. End result? A pile of stuff that either is going to goodwill, freecycle, or ebay. Kind of feels like a therapeutic purging - even put some old sentimental stuff in there, as the logical side of my brain tells me that I just won't "get that fixed someday." Among the pile - two guitar amps, a handspring visor, the stinkymeat nikon coolpix, at least 30 sticks of random SIMMs, a mac powerbook 140 (OH baby!), 8 harddrives, 4 cdroms, 6 old mice, 3 misc motherboards, 2 tower cases and 1 1U rackmount, 4 keyboards, and a whole lot of miscellaneous.
I'm keeping my Sears Silvertone and my Mac 8500 though. I don't care what you think.

Don't want it to get into the wrong hands!
