I make beef jerky now and then. Made some last night, gnawing on it now.

I always think "oh, Dad would like some of this. Maybe my neighbor, too." But once I start eating a few pieces, I end up devouring an entire batch. I think I've given it away one time, and that was because I couldn't think of a x-mas present.

I'm totally getting colorectal cancer, but it's soooo worth it.

Did an XMMS "jump", searching for House of Pain's "jump". (ironic, no?)

It came back with Pointer Sisters, Kris Kross, Van Halen, and of course, House of Pain.

Why are there so many songs on the topic of jumping? Why do I have Kris Kross in my collection?

This kept me awake last night.

Sin City was amazing.

I can't honestly say I remember the last time I've left a theater feeling thoroughly satisfied with my ticket purchase.

And I never thought I'd say that Mickey Rourke was a high point of a film - but damn he was -good-.
